Embellishing, restore and introduce traditional handicrafts that existed under the Nguyen Dynasty, Hue traditional crafts, in the space of the Interior - Hue Citadel
Audio guide is an electronic technology application that helps to automate the narration for visitors, especially international retailers and guests using rare languages.
The images of the Nguyen Dynasty citadel are fully and vividly displayed along with the daily activities and rituals in the palace hundreds of years ago.
Inside the Hue Royal Palace, there is a souvenir photo shoot for tourists to visit under the costumes of the emperor, king, queen, princess, prince and concubine.
To give visitors the opportunity to visit the area around the Citadel and all the tourist attractions inside the Citadel without spending much time.
Visitors can contact directly to register for a guided tour program, visitors can contact the guide right at the monuments.
In the past years, Heritage-Waseda and HMCC have caried out many programs and projects in diferent fields including architecturalb research, urban landscape preservation in Hue Citadel and some royal tombs, capacity building, experimental restoration of some relics, etc. These studies aim at the strategic target of project on Can Chanh Dien main palace reconstruction, an important buildings in Hue Imperial City.
On the 10 large panels, Heritage -Waseda will introduce some activities of the cooperative research, results on the analysis of architecture, historical landscape, relics’ arrangement and decorative patterns of Nguyen dynasty, and so on. The images together with the data that were compared and analyzed will help visitors understand more about Hue tangible and intangible heritages. The exhibition, additionally, displays the model of 1:5 scaled traditional house and digital equipments, the sound measuring equipments and Nha Nhac performance records, and some heritage preservation researches. Via the analysis, acknowledgement, discussion and suggestion reflected in the exhibition, Hue scholars will have chances to deal with further research matters.
The exhibition on “The achievement of the cooperation between HMCC and Heritage - Waseda” at Tinh Minh Pavilion (Dien Tho Residence, Hue Imperial City) is daily open between 7:00 – 17:00 from April 14 - 20 during Hue Festival 2014.
