Therefore, activities in foreign affairs of HMCC were promoted to celebrate special events and widen the international relationship for further cooperation in the field of heritage conservation. Apart from many projects that have been continued from previous year under the international supports (from USA, German, Japan) or some cooperative programs that have been implemented in 2012 (with Poland, Korea), some new cooperative agreements were signed between HMCC and international organizations including the Cultural and Tourism Initiative Namhansanseong (Korea), Polish Embassy in Vietnam, German Embassy in Vietnam, Korean National Traditional Art Performance Center, etc…in order to promote the cultural heritage conservation  in Hue in near future.

In 2012, HMCC also received 28 international organizations, institutes and individuals come to visit and work at Hue heritage. At the same time, 14 delegations of HMCC also went abroad for training, performing cultural art or attending international conferences.

In the field of administrative section, the structure and staff organization of HMCC have been much improved. Other internal matters such as facility’s management, qualification improvement, personnel and salary arrangement, social policy implementaion, etc. have been well organized. 

In 2013, in the context of the local and regional difficulties, the international cooperation of HMCC will be strengthened to call upon the international assistance in heritage cultural conservation, widen the relationship with domestic and international organizations and individuals in order to disseminate the Hue heritage values.
