The purpose of this MOU is to create a coordination mechanism aiming at the long-term heritage preservation and the development of socio-economic development in Thua Thien Hue Province. Specifically, Hue Monuments Conservation Centre (HMCC) will share information about the historical monuments that the Centre has kept, due to which the Institute of Research and Development (the Institute) may give advises and support the Centre in connecting cultural and tourist events, as well as create Hue local products for the commercialization. Especially, the Institute will support the Centre to access new applications and technologies for digital transformation within state agencies and improve IT quality for staff of the Centre.
