2. Manage, protect, supervise the inventory, preserve and establish scientific files for all exhibits at every historic monuments in Hue.

3. Preserve high security exhibition files in accordance with the regulations of the State.

4. Collect exhibits of Nguyen Dynasty era that correspond with topic or theme displays at historic monuments.

5. Devise and supplement projects on the display of relics, especially at Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities and Co Mat Vien.

6. Manage and promote the collections so as to educate about traditional culture and inform tourists and visitors.

7. Establish plans for domestic or external exhibitions as assigned.
